Our client Single Use Support provides innovative fluid management products and services around single-use technologies for the pharmaceutical industry. Their solutions reduce product loss of liquid substances for the biopharmaceutical market towards 0 %.

As Head of HR, you will be at the forefront of the ambitious growth journey, serving as a strategic partner to the CEO and leadership team. This position reports directly to the CEO and is a voting member of the C-Level team, offering a unique opportunity to influence and drive strategic decisions at the highest level of the organization.
Responsibilities
- Develop and implement HR strategies to support the company’s growth objectives and international expansion
- Serve as a trusted advisor to the CEO and leadership team, fostering collaboration and trust
- Lead, mentor, and develop a diverse HR team, ensuring high performance and alignment with organizational goals
- Design and execute leadership development programs to strengthen internal leadership capabilities and prepare future leaders
- Oversee the entire employee life cycle efforts, with a focus on reducing attrition and enhancing employee retention
- Implement effective diversity, inclusion, and equity (DIE) initiatives to promote an inclusive workplace
- Drive the implementation of modern HR tools and systems for operational efficiency and data-driven decision-making
- Ensure compliance with local and international labor laws, particularly in the DACH region and the US
- Lead change management and organizational development efforts to support business transformation
- Establish and track key HR metrics, including retention, attrition, and employee engagement
Qualifications
- Significant HR experience in international environments, with knowledge of operations in the US and APAC preferred
- Proven ability to develop and lead high-performing teams
- Expertise in implementing HR tools and systems to streamline processes
- Proven experience navigating various employment laws, with a deep understanding of DACH region regulations (Austria preferred) and preferably the US
- Demonstrated success in talent acquisition, retention, and employee engagement initiatives
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to influence and build trust at all levels
- Experience in private equity-backed organizations or high-growth companies is a plus
- Industry knowledge is desirable but not mandatory
The base salary starts at €100,000 gross per year, with the actual compensation determined based on your professional experience and overall qualifications for the position.
