Our client, Bourgeois Bohème Fintech (BOBO) is a leading fintech company providing premium financial solutions tailored for high-net-worth and ultra-high-net-worth individuals. Our services focus on high-limit digital transactions, customizable financial management for families and businesses, and exclusive luxury payment solutions.
The Sales Manager will be responsible for driving client acquisition and revenue growth at BOBO. This role requires a strategic sales professional with experience in fintech, private banking, or luxury financial services. The ideal candidate will lead high-value client engagements, develop partnerships, and oversee the sales team to ensure strong market penetration, the person will report directly to the CBDO (Chief Business Development Officer).
Key Responsibilities
- Develop and execute BOBO’s sales strategy, focusing on high-net-worth (HNW) and ultra-high-net-worth (UHNW) clients
- Build and maintain strong relationships with key clients, ensuring seamless onboarding and service excellence
- Identify and manage strategic partnerships to expand BOBO’s reach
- Oversee and mentor sales teams, ensuring performance targets are met
- Drive growth initiatives in key markets
- Availability to travel to Marbella as needed, with a strong focus on the summer season to capture market opportunities

Key Qualifications
- 8+ years of experience in sales, business development, or relationship management in fintech, banking, or luxury financial services
- Strong network of HNW/UHNW clients and family offices
- Having a portfolio of clients is a requirement
- Proven track record of exceeding sales targets and driving business growth
- Ability to manage and scale high-performance sales teams
- Exceptional negotiation, communication, and presentation skills
- Fluency in English; additional languages (Spanish, French, German, Arabic others) are a plus
Remuneration
- Minimum annual gross salary: EUR 70,000 plus quarterly bonus – subject to target achievement
- Total compensation depends on qualifications, experience, and location
- Quarterly bonus – subject to target achievement
- ESOP – Available after 1 year and proven sales performance
