About the Role
As Head of Business Development, you’ll be responsible for driving client acquisition and revenue growth. You’ll lead high-value business development initiatives, develop referral and introducer partnerships, and oversee the sales team to ensure strong market penetration. This role reports directly to the Chief Business Development Officer (CBDO).
The ideal candidate is a self-starter with a proven ability to build and scale an introducer network. You should have experience winning business through industry networking, strategic outreach, and cultivating long-term client relationships.
This is an exciting, high-impact position with regular travel across the UK and Europe, attending elite networking events and HNW conferences. A strong base salary and uncapped commission structure are offered.
Key Responsibilities
- Help develop and execute BOBO’s sales strategy across HNW/UHNW segments and our services.
- Build and maintain relationships with key clients and introducers.
- Lead onboarding processes and ensure client success and retention.
- Identify and grow strategic partnerships.
- Manage and coach sales team performance.
- Travel to Marbella and other key markets, particularly during peak seasons.

Key Qualifications
- 8+ years in business development, sales, or client management in fintech, private banking, or luxury financial services.
- Demonstrated network of HNW/UHNW clients or family offices.
- A portable client portfolio is essential.
- Consistent record of exceeding targets and revenue growth.
- Experience with Apollo or similar tools is an advantage.
- Exceptional communication, negotiation, and presentation skills.
Compensation:
- Base salary from €80,000 per annum.
- Uncapped monthly commission based on performance.
- Total comp depends on experience, location, and client base.
- Employee Share Ownership Plan (ESOP), available after 12 months of proven performance.
