During my business studies at the University of Innsbruck, I chose to specialize early in the multifaceted field of People Management — a decision that proved to be deeply meaningful for my professional journey.

Over the past ten years, I have experienced all facets of People Management. This, combined with my academic training in coaching — with a focus on interpersonal communication — formed the foundation for the next steps in my career. As an Executive Assistant at board level (SWARCO and SWAROVSKI), I gained valuable insights into top-level management, ownership structures, and the dynamics within leadership teams.

My passion for international environments also led me to the vibrant city of Zurich, Switzerland, where I had the opportunity to deepen my expertise in an international context and work closely with top executives, senior management, owners, and cross-functional teams.

My enthusiasm for Human Resource Management goes far beyond the professional. I see it as a powerful way to help organizations unlock their full potential by creating a workplace where people can truly thrive.
